This Christmas, give someone the support they need

Because no one should face scoliosis alone.

Gift a Gift That Really Matters

This Christmas, you can give more than a present. You could help someone with scoliosis find the information, support and community they need, when they need it most.

Every Christmas gift comes with a beautiful SSR eCard that you can send to someone special, letting them know that a donation has been made in their name.

"I wanted to tell my teenage self that everything would be OK."

Helen has lived with scoliosis for more than 50 years.

Diagnosed as a teenager in the 1960s, Helen has spent decades learning to understand and live with her scoliosis.

When Helen attended one of our Patient Events, she came looking for answers about managing scoliosis as she gets older. What she found was reassurance, new understanding and a reminder to keep moving.

“I attended the event to understand the modern-day approach to surgery and the support available for people going through it nowadays. The event was wonderful, and I left feeling so enthralled by the modern treatment and the support that now exists.”

“The support groups have given me a greater appreciation of other people's journeys. I also found a yoga book recommended by one of the participants, whose message to ‘rejoice in our curves’ is something I am slowly learning to accept.”
