Member Access to information and correction
You can ask us to update, correct or remove your personal information by emailing info@ssr.org.uk, or by writing to us at our postal address above.
Complaints
Complaints are dealt with in the first instance by the Chief Executive, who also acts as a main point of contact with the Fundraising Regulator, AMRC and Charity Commission as necessary. The Chief Executive will work with the person who made a complaint, and any staff member involved, with the aim of ensuring that the situation is solved promptly and to the satisfaction of all parties.

We aim to reply within five working days. A copy of our Complaints Procedure is available on request.
